Welcome to Mount FM, by accessing or using the Mount FM services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
1. Eligibility
By using Mount FM, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent. You further affirm that all information you provide to Mount FM during registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
2. User Responsibilities
- Show Hosting: Users are expected to host their radio shows at the designated time and days agreed upon during the registration process. Failure to do so may result in termination of the contract without payment.
- Connectivity: Users are responsible for ensuring their equipment and internet connection are reliable and stable for hosting their radio shows. Mount FM will not be held responsible for technical issues on the user’s end.
- Attendance: Users are allowed a maximum of three defaults. If a user fails to host their show on the agreed-upon time and days more than three times, their contract may be terminated without payment.
3. Payment and Termination
- Payment: Users will be compensated as agreed upon in their contract for successfully hosting their radio shows. Payments will be made on a schedule agreed upon during the registration process.
- Termination: Mount FM reserves the right to terminate a user’s contract without payment if they fail to host their show on time and days designated, or if they exceed the allocated time for their show twice.
4. Content Guidelines
- Originality: Users are responsible for the content of their radio shows. All content must be original and not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Respect: Users must not create content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or promotes discrimination or violence.
5. Privacy Policy
Users’ personal information will be handled in accordance with Mount FM’s Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to Terms of Service
Mount FM reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
